The consultation program has 3 stages



Pre Consultation

Upon enrolling, you fill a simple form about your health history, eating pattern and fitness goals. If required, we ask for your recent blood reports.​

An appointment list is sent to you which has the dates and timings of all appointments.
Consultation
​

The consultation begins with a Fitness Evaluation which includes some body measurements and basic physical fitness tests to analyse your fitness levels.

In the first appointment (60 mins), your diet plan is designed based on your fitness goals & health history.

In the subsequent appointments (30 mins each), we work with you to incorporate other food, exercise and lifestyle habits required for your fitness goals.
Post consultation

You get a summary sheet which has all the take away pointers for your way forward.

If you would like to come in for a follow up or have any queries or concerns you wish to discuss after your program is over, you can book a follow up session (paid).
